Three Teacher web sites

http://teacher.scholastic.com/tools/
*Flashcards- I create sight word flashcards.
*Calendars- I create monthly calendars to send home that have important dates and events.
*Student Skill Builder- My students use the Clifford game to match letters.

This is one of my favorite sites. It was created by a mom of two. She has free worksheets for early elementary academics, extracurricular activities and holiday art.
*Cornucopia tracing worksheet-the students trace the letter C and color the cornucopia.
*Edible Turkey- The students follow a recipe to make a Turkey out of fun treats.
*Five little Turkeys- This is one of our poems for the month of November. We read it in circle daily. I print it and send it home before Thanksgiving break so the students can share it with their family.

This site has a variety of templates for discipline, academic, planning, and communication needs.
*Behavior Log-I use it to keep track of problem behavior to look for patterns and find effective replacement behaviors.
*Paraprofessional Data- I use this sheet to help me structure data logs so my aides can also help me take data on student goals
*Parent Form-I send this home in the beginning of the school year for parents to fill out so I have  a better sense of who the students are.
